If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation penalty.

Age-Based Restrictions
Minors (under 18, or under 19 in certain states like Alabama) must have parental or guardian consent to schedule appointments. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian must accompany minors during the initial visit and, in some cases, subsequent visits.
Accutane Visits
Please call the clinic to schedule Accutane appointments.
Referral Requirements
Some insurance providers mandate a referral from a primary care physician before scheduling. Without this referral, patients may need to assume financial responsibility for the visit.
