- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation penalty.
- For Mohs surgery, excisions, biopsies, and removals, please call the clinic to schedule an appointment.
- For cosmetic laser appointments, please contact the clinic to schedule an appointment.

Age-Based Restrictions: Minors (under 18, or under 19 in certain states like Alabama) must have parental or guardian consent to schedule appointments. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian must accompany minors during the initial visit and, in some cases, subsequent visits.

Accutane Visits: Please call the clinic to schedule Accutane appointments.

Referral Requirements: Some insurance providers mandate a referral from a primary care physician before scheduling. Without this referral, patients may need to assume financial responsibility for the visit.
